    Senior Branch Manager


    With a strong ethos centered on quality and compliance, we strive to provide exceptional service to both educational institutions and educators.


    We have grown to 9 offices and are looking to expand in new areas, and this opportunity is going to be for our brand new offices in Oxford.


    The Branch Manager is a key position within the Group, mainly focused on growth and development of the Milk brand and services across their region.

    This is not a billing role but will need to bill to build (initially).

    Champion Inclusion and Diversity in line with the brand.


    • Reporting directly in to the Commercial Director and with regular liaison with the Group Managing Director, the Branch Manager will have autonomy over the branch
    • Grow and develop clients through effective Account management and Business development.
    • Highlight and celebrate high performing staff (i.e. promotions, gifts of recognition)
    • Key holder for the Branch, The BM will monitor and report on any H&S and Fire Safety initiatives.
    • Work closely with the SMT to ensure effective delivery of team objectives and spearhead any team related projects
    • Manage team annual leave to ensure operational efficiency
    • Taking the lead on Monthly meetings to communicate business success and development areas
    Commission paying up to 20% on all weekly GP
