    Expectations are clear:
    At least five years of hands-on experience with cutting-edge real-time game engines, especially Frostbite
    Solid understanding of performance and optimization for Frostbite
    Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences, including artists, engineers, and management team
    Knowledge of Python, C#, or other scripting languages
    Experience working with Digital Content Creation (DCC) tools like Maya, Blender, Houdini, Substance, or Photoshop
    Strong math skills: 3D math, dot arithmetic, and working knowledge of analytic geometry
    Capability in troubleshooting technical problems, along with the ability to document issues and their resolutions
    The number and variety of tech-art areas of interest in your past activity are also important
    Understanding of GPU processes, visual effects performance dependency
    Experience developing and supporting art pipelines
    Good artistic skills (proportion, color, composition)
    Becoming one of the Dragons you will:
    Work closely with game teams and fellow technical artists to develop test assets that accurately reflect the usage of Frostbite in games
    Provide hands-on support to artists and engineers regarding asset performance and validation
    Recognize and implement updates to game assets to leverage the latest features offered by Frostbite
    Review the creative process and identify opportunities for tool improvements
    Develop 3D art pipeline tools and extensions with an eye toward usability and efficiency
    Solve challenging technical issues in the 3D asset pipeline
    Collaborate with engineers and testers to diagnose and resolve in-game problems
    Inspire and empower the art team to optimize their processes
