    Description

    Technical Manager

    Are you experienced in QA within Food & Beverage production?

    Do you have experience working in lab-based environments?

    Are you eager to join an in-growth business with strong career progression?

    MacGregor Black are partnering with a Non-alcoholic Beverage producer on the search for a Quality Assurance Operative. This is a perm role based in Buckinghamshire.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and oversee quality protocols throughout the production process to ensure product specifications and industry standards are met. Including Microbial and chemical analysis.
    • Actively contribute to ongoing improvements, pinpointing opportunities for process enhancement.
    • Writing & maintaining SOP records, and updating technical and compliance documentation
    • Conduct regular quality assessments to proactively identify any potential risks in raw materials, during production, and in the final product.
    • Serve as a pivotal part of the quality team, fostering collaboration across all departments to achieve company goals.

    What Are We Looking For?

    • Educational background in food science, Chemistry, or a related laboratory-oriented field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail concerning product integrity and safety.
    • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent organisational and time-management aptitude.
    • Capacity to prioritise tasks and strategise effectively.
    • Demonstrated high levels of motivation and a proactive attitude.
