The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic API andIntegrations Product Manager to join an exciting opportunity for a groundup implementation of integration platform connecting many ERP, P2P,Financial, HRIS, provisioning and other applications.
Our integration platform is called Simplify Bridge and the goal of theplatform is to offer seamless integrations to leading and diverse systems.
Below is the solution overview of our platform.product manager will design and lead the product roadmap for ourintegration platform and work with the engineering team to deliver allaspects of application and 3rd party integrations which includes definingarchitecture patterns, middleware selection, technical design, DevOps,setting up documentation standards and manage development teams to deliverkey integrations.
As an API and Integration Product Manager, your rolewould be multifaceted.Let's delve into the key responsibilities andskills associated with this position:
Defining Product Goals and Vision:
You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs andtranslate them into clear product goals.
Craft a compelling vision for how integration strategies can enhance HRtechnology solutions.
Creating and Owning the Product Roadmap:
Develop a strategic roadmap that aligns with the overall productvision.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on businessimpact and customer needs.
Understanding Technical Requirements:
Dive deep into technical aspects, including APIs, data flows, andsystem integrations.
Translate these requirements into actionable product features.
Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define productarchitecture and design.
Foster effective communication and alignment across departments.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS orequivalent combination of education and experience· 5+ years of experience as a technical product manager for a SaaSplatform defining their implementation strategy and platform.· Experience working for a HR Tech platform highly desired.· Deep understanding of middleware technologies like Boomi, MuleSoft,Workato etc.· Proven expertise in designing and developing integration strategyusing variety of patterns using API, event based, file based.
