    Description

    Lumi is the world's leading end-to-end platform for facilitating in-room, hybrid and virtual meetings for some of the world's largest corporations, legislative bodies, and membership organizations.

    Lumi provides software, hardware, and services that register attendance, provide live, secure polling, Q&A management, webcasts, and audited reporting through pioneering technology.

    This will be a full-time role primarily based in our office in Liphook, Hampshire.

    You will be responsible for the smooth running and delivery of our client's Annual General Meeting's (AGMs) and member meetings using our proprietary technology.

    These meetings can take place onsite and may require you to travel, or will be run virtually from the office in Liphook.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the meetings industry, which continues to be innovative, and brings technology to the forefront.

    Delivering meetings both onsite and/or remotely
    Attending pre-meeting rehearsals and training sessions with clients
    Producing webcasts / facilitating voting and Q&A in our software
    Implementation of solutions onsite, in live environments

    You could be involved in the production of your next meeting (or supporting one of your colleagues), onsite or remotely running a meeting.

    Overseas and UK travel feature frequently in this role.

    We need people with a fantastic work ethic, positive attitude, and the self-confidence to communicate effectively with senior executives, CEOs and company directors.

    in the past we have recruited graduates in Politics, Physics, Ocean Science, History and Media Studies that have excelled, and gone on to senior roles within the company.

    Proficient in the use of MS office
    Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, and open to learning new software
    Enjoy travelling, within the UK and abroad, and have a flexible approach to working hours
    Capable of managing several projects simultaneously
    Hold a full UK driving license
    Experience with broadcast software e.g. Knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) hardware
    Knowledge of SQL and network configuration


    Training:
    Comprehensive training will be provided on Lumi software, hardware, and meeting delivery. 30pm, Monday to Friday is schedule dependent.

    However, some meetings will take place outside these hours and over the weekend, and you will be required to work these.

    Any weekends worked will be reimbursed with additional leave.

    Successful candidates will be contacted and asked to take part in an initial video call, this will be followed by face to face interviews.
