    What we offer

In return for your curiosity, drive and determination, we'll help you have a fulfilling career journey centred on impactful work that not only benefits you and the Bank but also contributes positively to our communities and the environment. You'll thrive in a culture of collaborative teamwork, continuous learning, empowering leadership, and trusted autonomy, all driven by a shared commitment to our Missions and Values.

We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and inclusive practices. Our team represents a rich mix of backgrounds, experiences, and views. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply, as we aim to build a team that reflects the diverse communities we serve.

We operate a hybrid working model. To get the best balance between your individual needs, the needs of our stakeholders, and the needs of the business, we generally expect people to spend at least 50% of their time in the office.

Please talk to us about any specific flexible working patterns. If we can achieve a balance between individual, stakeholder and business needs then we are open to discussing this.

If you need any adjustments to support your application, such as information in alternative formats or special requirements to access our buildings, or if you're eligible under The Disability Confident Scheme or require any form of assistance during the application process, please reach out to us. Our commitment is to provide the support you need to participate fully in our recruitment process.
