- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive local business development activities in alignment with company-wide strategy.
- Continuously assess the company's brand, market reputation, expanding reach and relevant target audience, identifying sponsorship opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and intermediaries.
- Manage local events from planning to follow-up, complementing national initiatives.
- Conduct client care and account planning activities to nurture existing relationships.
- Generate business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Provide end-to-end support for the bid process, including document generation and bid debriefs.
- Develop local thought leadership and PR content.
- Assist the National Marketing team with marketing activities as needed.
- Key Relationship Management and Coordination: The candidate
- Professional services business development experience, preferably in the accountancy profession.
- Proven experience in bid-writing and client engagement.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong local network with intermediaries and chambers (preferred).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
