- To build and develop a pipeline of prospective partner leads.
- To create rights packages and prepare presentations.
- To plan, develop and manage creative and dynamic solutions for prospective partners.
- To support both the Commercial Intelligence and Strategy Manager and the Partnership Development Strategy Manger to develop the Team's research and data analytics toolset.
- To support creating appropriate analysis and business case arguments to support the sales process.
- To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of sport sponsorship research and insights and relevant market information and comparisons.
- To collaborate with internal functions to report on key partnership metrics and create data-led partnership case studies.
- To represent the Team's interests credibly and capably with internal and external stakeholders.
- To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally always within the company's reporting structure.
- Possess an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the sports sponsorship market including the full lifecycle of sponsor acquisition (analysing, sourcing, contacting, discovering needs, pitching and closing).
- Possess a thorough understanding and experience of using analytics and research toolsets.
- 1-2 years of sports industry experience within a partnerships, sales or analytics function.
- Knowledge base from sport, business consultancy, financial services, marketing, or advertising agency in a business development / analytics role.
- Possess first-class organisational and time management skills and be detail orientated and tenacious.
- Thrive on multi-tasking across numerous on-going projects, whilst working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be highly driven and self-motivated, possessing a "can do" team attitude.
- Ability to think clearly under pressure and work calmly and confidently to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.
- Be available to travel as and when required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
- Be results orientated and be confident in your decision-making skills.

Based in Northamptonshire, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team has more than 800 passionate people at its heart, making a team with both a rich heritage and a fresh perspective – bringing new energy to the sport with a determination to shake up the order and compete at the sharp end.
