  • As the most senior MIA team member in UK, there will be a pivotal role to play in helping with all stages of the project including data consolidation (as we merge two databases into one) and then the design and implementation of a new platform.
  • Change management will be the most critical factor to the success of this project, and this role will have a key role in ensuring we embed the new platform within the business across UK/EU/EMEA by continuing to educate and support Fee Earners, Business Development and
  • support staff.

Play a key role in driving architectural changes in the North database to align with South database in readiness for a future database merge. Identify opportunities to review and enhance our data management processes.

    2. Improve data integrity

    3. Lead on upgrades for North

Manage the relationship with IT to ensure upgrades are pushed through in a timely manner, testing and training is provided as required and issues are raised with IT and vendor as required.

Be proactive with identifying potential client spam issues when multiple campaigns are scheduled to be sent on the same day and provide possible solutions.

    3. Digital marketing communications

Take a keen interest in understanding the broader client content strategy and the role the marketing stack provides within that. Play an active role in spotting opportunities to improve client comms before they go out to clients given we are the last step in the marketing process.
