    About the role This is a fixed-term contract position to cover maternity leave, starting as soon as possible, but no later than June 2024.

    We're looking for an Interim Group Head of Regulatory Affairs who'll keep our relationships with our regulators as clear as water.

    A determined individual who's never lost for words to make our regulatory relationships stronger and adapt them to our global expansion.

    If you're an expert at juggling regulatory communications with the right tone, we're looking for you. Keeping our regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other ad hoc updates
    Working with the wider Risk and Compliance team to share communications during an incident
    Delivering training and updates to Product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
    Building processes and documentation for the team in a scalable and sustainable way
    Being a champion for conduct and compliance across the business
    7 years of experience in financial services
    ~ Experience working in compliance/risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, regulator, etc.
    ~ Knowledge of how banks are supervised and how a Regulatory Affairs team works
    ~ Self-motivation, self-organisation, and focus on high-quality delivery
    ~ Proficiency with tech software to manage work-streams
    ~ Availability on a FTC basis for circa 9 months
