    Description
    Job Title Customer Services Co-ordinator
    Department Quarry
    Location Based at our main offices at Caplich Quarry - Alness
    Working Hours Full time
    Duration Permanent
    Holidays 6 weeks
    Remuneration Competitive salary relevant to experience
    Probationary Period 3 months from commencement.

    Principal Job Responsibilities
    As part of the Quarries Team and reporting to the Commercial Manager - your duties include:
    Provide administrative support to Quarry department.
    Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers
    Raising quotations, managing follow ups and accepting orders
    Providing back up cover for weighbridge operator
    Receiving customer payments
    Assist order scheduling and dispatch
    Complete other reasonable tasks, activities and projects as required.
    The above list is not exhaustive.
    The successful applicant will ideally have the following skills, qualities & experience:
    Very structured and diligent approach to task management and record keeping.
    Excellent communication skills, with both company clients and other company personnel.
    Be computer literate with experience in word, excel, etc.
    The ability to assist and co-operate with other personnel.
    Flexibility and willingness to undertake tasks out with the key job responsibilities.
    Commitment to working as part of a team.
    Be trustworthy, friendly, timeous and reliable.
    Familiarity in the construction and/or quarry/logistics industries. (Desirable but not essential)
