    As a Homestay Recruitment Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, with a focus on offline events.

    Collaborate with our accommodation team to inspire families to embark on a life-changing experience by hosting international students.

    Seize the opportunity to implement new offline marketing strategies, leverage diverse channels, and contribute to our mission of opening the world through education.

    Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation.
    Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels to promote the homestay program
    Sends weekly recruitment statistics , ensuring targets are met
    Participate in EF events around Oxford and the surrounding area to recruit ho mestay providers , including leafleting and street promotions / actions
    Responsibilities not limited to those mentioned above, role will vary depending on targets leading up to summer peaks
    Shares emergency duty on a rota basis
    Occasional weekend work may be required during major fairs/events
    A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
