    Client Relations Executive

    The role
    Bruin has partnered with a leading player in the financial services industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to their clients. Who are currently expanding their Client Relations team and are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join the team.

    This job will be critical in providing great support to our clients, including retail investors and financial intermediaries. As a Client Relations Executive, you will work with internal business divisions to support our fundraising efforts, ensuring that our clients get accurate and timely communications across our full product portfolio. In addition, you will assist younger team members, streamline procedures, and promote new initiatives to increase customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily task management of inbound queries, ensuring responses are within set SLAs.
  • Respond to investor, adviser, and third-party queries via phone, email, and post promptly and accurately.
  • Serve as an escalation point for challenging queries from colleagues and external clients.
  • Produce and distribute scheduled and adhoc investor/adviser communications.
  • Process legal documents for investors and conduct KYC and AML checks as required.
  • Maintain client records across multiple systems and partners.
  • Assist with training and reviewing work for junior staff members.
  • Organize and execute annual investor events and attend AGMs.
  • Drive client experience/retention initiatives.
  • Share client feedback with management and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with team and business policies and procedures.Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:
  • Experience in Asset Management/Financial Services is essential.
  • Basic understanding of financial products; knowledge of tax efficient investment sector is beneficial.
  • Proactive with high levels of integrity.
  • Experience in professional and confidential client communication.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Good understanding of AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of tax efficient product range.
  • Interest in pursuing IOC or IMC; expectation to complete Intelligent Partnership Qualification within 3 months of employment.
