An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a leading organisation on an 12+ month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £70K per annum, with the potential for a yearly bonus of up to 20% based on company performance.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a mix of home and office working from our Milton Keynes location.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment of change and can provide clear direction to their team.

As the Financial Controller, you will be at the heart of the finance department during an exciting period of change.

Your ability to ensure system reconciliations are carried out correctly will be vital in maintaining financial accuracy across the business.

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager and Financial Accounts team
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, VAT consultants and tax advisors
Interact regularly with other departments and offices, including those based overseas
Ensure system reconciliations are carried out correctly, with support from the Project Accountant
The ideal candidate for this Financial Controller position is someone who is used to promoting change at both managerial and peer level. With your ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience, you will have the technical skills necessary to succeed in this role.
