    Operational Resilience Manager - London (Hybrid) - up to £105,000 + BonusLa Fosse has partnered with a global leader in sustainable packaging, to recruit an Operational Resilience Manager.

    This role involves shaping and implementing resilience strategies for their technology and cyber landscape.


    Role Description:


    Act as an advisor in Operational Resilience, possessing adeptness in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Cyber Security, Risk, Incident, and Crisis Management.

    Collaborate closely with relevant teams to pinpoint vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

    Steer the Resilience Framework's elements, uphold the Resilience Dashboard and KPIs, and take charge of Business Continuity (BC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

    Institute preparedness blueprints for technology and cybersecurity crises, aiding crisis simulation exercises.
    Interface with stakeholders across corporate and operating businesses to furnish pertinent, prompt, and precise insights.
    Oversee resilience initiatives, ensuring elevated standards and streamlined project management.
    Promote a resilient culture across the organization and lead an agile team.


    Requirements:
    Possess expertise in Operational Resilience domains and maintain abreast of industry advancements.
    Demonstrate proficiency in formulating and deploying organizational resilience frameworks, preferably within relevant sectors.

    Hold desired certifications such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, CBCI, CMCS, CISSP, or CISM.Possess foundational knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.Prior experience in global corporations, particularly within pertinent industries, is advantageous.
