    Description

    Excellent opportunity for a Building Manager / General Manager to work for a leading property & real estate company overseeing a prestigious single site office building in the heart of Birmingham.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing total FM for one of Birmingham's most prestigious commercial office buildings.

    You will ensure that consistent high standards are maintained and that a unique / excellent customer experience is delivered to all tenants and visitors on site
    Manage service charge budgets
    Manage the on site Building Management team
    Manage an external contractors / FM service provider
    Experience of mobilizing a new building
    A good technical knowledge of "Smart" enabled buildings and data analytics platforms
    IOSH / NEBOSH General Certificate
    A good understanding and working knowledge of the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges in Commercial Properties
