- Provide full administration and organisation support to the Theravada team.
- Scheduling internal and client meetings.
- Customer related tasks such as reporting, assisting in the creation of presentations, proposals and contracts and taking meeting minutes.
- Project related tasks such as scheduling engineers, ordering equipment and generating project documentation.
- Involvement in the stock management process. Generating customer quotations and supplier purchase orders.
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence (posts, case studies, campaigns).
- Assisting the Office Manager in finance related tasks.
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a range of time dependent responsibilities.
- Experience in finance administration tasks would be advantageous.
- Interest in social media and able to utilise tools for strategic purposes.
- Confident and professional manner, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Numerate and literate.
- Positive attitude with a 'can do' approach.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast paced and pressured environment.
- Reliable, good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Supplementary language skills a plus (Spanish and/or German).
