    Company - Long established, multimillion turnover, brand / market leader, invests in workforce, long term serving team.


    Location - National projects but ideally you will be based in the South East of England and/or selling via Consultants or main M&E Contractors that operate in the region.


    Industry - Water Cooled Chillers, Water cooling, Chillers, Chilled Water Loop, Heat Pumps, Central Plant, Data Centre's, Close Control, Precision Cooling, Critical Infrastructure Cooling, Computer Room Air Conditioning, Heat Recovery, Fan Coil Units, CRAC, AHU's.

    Candidate - Successful salesperson within the central plant cooling industry selling into project specifications via Mechanical Consultants and Main M&E Contractors.

    Technical, consultative, solution sell, full turnkey approach to specialist, large scale and high value commercial or process cooling projects.


    This is a brand-new Business Development Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of water cooled air conditioning and chiller systems, within a specialist team focused on water based central plant cooling.

    You will manage existing relationships and develop new clients primarily with mechanical consultants and main M&E contractors involved with major UK commercial, residential, process and industrial application projects.

    You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient water cooled central plant, HVAC, chillers, precision cooling systems and other central plant solutions incorporating renewable technologies such as air to water and water to water heat pumps.

    80k - £100k OTE (depending on base and performance)

    This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced industry professionals so you must have a successful sales record selling HVAC and ideally water cooled central plant systems such as water cooled air conditioners or water cooled condensers, water cooled chillers, CRAC, hydronics, chilled water loop and air to water and water to water heat pumps via consultants and/or main M&E contractors.

    They are a global manufacturer of water based cooling systems with an extensive portfolio of water cooled air conditioners / water cooled condensers, water cooled chillers, CRAC, hydronics, chilled water loop, air to water and water to water heat pumps.

    They are known for using the latest in energy efficient technologies and providing a premium high quality product.

    Data centre / IT cooling, process cooling, industrial cooling, universities, education, large office buildings, multi residential / multiple occupancy projects are all cooling applications they specialise in and continue to invest heavily on new product R&D.
