    Are you a talented Office Manager currently seeking a new opportunity?


    I am recruiting for an experienced School Office Manager who is seeking a new challenge and wants to be part of a driven school administration team.

    Experience using the school software system SIMS is desirable.

    The job is to start in May to cover a Maternity leave and will initially be on a temporary basis for the rest of the academic year.

    The hours are 8:15-16:15 Monday to Friday.

    As a full time Office Manager, you will be expected to:

    « Manage or be a part of the office team and provide administrative support
    « Carry out administration duties efficiently adhering to GDPR
    « safeguarding policies
    « Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
    « I am Aspire People's Office & Technical consultant for the Black country and birmingham areas. Whether you are seeking temporary or permanent work, I will be able to assist you in finding the perfect position. I offer excellent rates of pay and I will be on hand to offer support throughout assignments.
