European Language Customer Care Administrator Fluent German / Swiss German
Home based (1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)

A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruit Fluent German or Swiss German speakers who enjoy Customer Service, attention to detail and Teamwork.

It is a busy environment working with other team members who speak a variety of European languages.

The successful Customer Care Administrator will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; The successful Customer Services Administrator will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service.

The successful Customer Care Administrator must have the following skills:

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Must be fluent in both oral and written English and Germanor Swiss German
Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach
This role will be home-based however candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. Candidates that wish to relocate may be offered assistance and support.

Shift Pattern 1

o Week 1:
Monday to Friday.

o Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

o Week 3:
Monday to Friday.

o Week 4:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

o Week 5:
Monday to Friday. Shift Pattern 2

o Week 1:
Monday to Friday - 11:45 to 20:00

o Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11:45 to 20:00 (Thursday OFF) and Saturday 08:00 to 16:15
