    Description
    On behalf of a franchised estate agency based in Plaistow, East London. Hawk Personnel are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator.

    As a Negotiator working here you will receive:
    Competitive basic and uncapped commission
    Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months of employment
    Incentivised commission and performance bonuses
    Uncapped earning opportunities and top achievers awards
    Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

    In the role of a Negotiator you will:
    Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
    Register customers and carry out property matches
    Generate and conduct property viewings
    Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
    Maximise branch income by helping customers with other services including mortgages, conveyancing, insurance etc
    Display excellent customer service at all times

    Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
