    In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the crucial link between the company and investors, ensuring they are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with strategic goals and financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Investor Communications:
    Craft and distribute clear and concise communication materials for investors, including regular reports and presentations

    Financial Analysis:
    Dive into financial data to extract insights on trends, opportunities, and risks. Maintain investor-focused financial models with accuracy and consistency

    Investor Queries:
    Lead initiatives for investor updates and meetings, serving as a primary contact for inquiries and ensuring prompt, accurate responses

    Market Intelligence:
    Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform strategic decision-making

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Uphold compliance with investor relations and financial reporting regulations

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to foster meaningful connections.
    QualificationsProfessional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW, etc).Skills, Knowledge & Experience2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
    Proficiency in financial modelling and financial software/database usage.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented and highly organized.
