    Unilabs, one of the largest diagnostic providers in Europe, is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

    As the Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing various finance transformation initiatives within Unilabs.

    You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading healthcare organization.
    ResponsibilitiesLead finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process redesigns, from initiation to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and proactively manage project risks and issuesMonitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely completionConduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvementsOversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure project requirements are metSupport change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systemsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProven experience in managing finance transformation projectsStrong understanding of financial systems and processesExcellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesSolid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environmentExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusKnowledge of regulatory requirements related to finance and accountingProficiency with project management tools and softwareCertification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
