    Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager.

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating customized service solutions based on client needs.

    This role will require some work from our Bedford location with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesKnowledge of the cleaning and support services industry is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareSelf-motivated and target-driven
