Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand visibility and reputation within our target customers. With a passion for the "Art & Science" of marketing, you will bring your creative ideas for building effective strategies backed by insight. We deeply care about the experience our customers have with our organisation, your role will support our efforts in reaching decision-makers along the buyer journey to generate interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations this role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities:

Crafting Marketing Strategies : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to establish Miramar Global as the go-to choice in executive search & Leadership Performance
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our audience.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO optimization, social media engagement, and compelling email campaigns.
Compelling Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that showcases our expertise and resonates with our target audience, including articles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
Event Coordination : Support in planning and executing client events, seminars, and conferences to bolster our firm's visibility and thought leadership.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience in professional services is advantageous.
Knowledge of leadership across B2B sectors is advantageous.
Proficiency in core marketing areas with strong project management skills.
Creative mindset with a knack for generating engaging content aimed at senior executives
Analytical prowess to interpret data and metrics effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly in a team environment.
Proficiency in software packages such as Office 365, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and more.
