    Job Title: Client Manager (Commercial EV Charging)

    Location: London (Hybrid)

    Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Benefits/Bonus)

    Company Overview: My client is a leading provider of EV charging solutions, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles. Offering innovative charging infrastructure and services tailored to commercial clients, helping them transition to sustainable transportation solutions.

    Position Overview: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to join our team in London. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with commercial clients and large stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth in the EV charging sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their EV charging needs and objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored EV charging solutions that meet client requirements and address industry challenges.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients, maximizing revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor client accounts and conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, address issues, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or challenges.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy or real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of commercial client needs and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior clients at all levels of the organisation.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, resolve issues, and deliver innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
