    Description

    IAG GBS (Global Business Services) is part of International Airlines Group, one of the world's leading airline groups, with 546 aircraft flying to over 270 destinations, carrying more than 100 million passengers each year.

    IAG GBS provides a plug andplayplatform of scalable, best in class procurement, finance and IT business services to IAG's operating companies which include Aer Lingus, IAG Loyalty, British Airways, IAG, IAG Cargo, Iberia, Iberia Express, LEVEL and Vueling.

    The company is headquartered in Krakow, and has operations in London, Madrid, Barcelona and Dublin.
    Provides supportfor the contracts and Procurement initiatives within Group Procurement
    Ensure that the data for the IT Procurement team is maintained within the CPS system in the appropriate manner
    Provide the analysis and produce the reports required upon request
    Plan and coordinate procurement activities
    Provide analysis upon request
    Identify and resolve the causes of invoice discrepancy, driving continuous improvement with PTP colleagues and offshore.
    Support the implementation of transformation projects
    Support Subject Matter Experts on financial evaluation
    Supportcontract and Procurement initiatives
    Provide support in Business Case, financial models, balance and forecast projection
    Procurement Team members
    Procurement Operations
    Contract Management team
    Interest in the airline and wider aviation industry desirable
    Fluent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    Experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology
    Experience with business case modeling, data analyst or similar
    Experience in procurement is desirable
    Other · Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment
    This role will be based primarily in Waterside London with upto 20% travel across others opcos
