    Senior Compensation Specialist - London, United Kingdom - Own Company

    It's your data. We are seeking a talented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team in London.

    As a key member of the HR function, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of compensation structures and benefits administration.


    Compensation Analysis:
    Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the industry.
    Analyze salary surveys and benchmarking data to make informed recommendations for salary structures and adjustments.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compensation strategies.
    Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our benefits offerings remain compliant and attractive.

    Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and benefits data.
    Generate regular reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
    Utilize HRIS tools to streamline data management processes.

    Partner with HR business partners to understand the unique needs of different departments and tailor compensation and benefits solutions accordingly.

    Communicate effectively with employees to address queries and provide education on compensation and benefits offerings.
    Your Work Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
    Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the UK.
    This is a full-time position.

    The ideal candidate will work out of our London office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximise collaboration and interaction with the business.

    Travel may be required.
