    Join Our Team as a Technical Support Lead at a school in Beckton, London
    Are you an accomplished IT professional looking for a rewarding role within a school environment? Would you like to lead a team and create a meaningful impact alongside onsite stakeholders?

    (Fully on-site - must have easy commute to Beckton)


    Responsibilities :
    As a Technical Support Lead, you will play an important role in our IT department, overseeing day-to-day operations, providing support to stakeholders, and mentoring a dedicated junior engineer


    Your responsibilities include:

    Mentorship:
    Take on the responsibility of mentoring and developing a junior engineer, nurturing their growth within the organisation.

    Stakeholder Support:
    Collaborate with different stakeholders including teachers and staff, to understand their needs and provide effective IT solutions.

    Onsite Expertise:

    Work onsite at the school in Beckton, five days a week, contributing your expertise to support the IT infrastructure.


    Pressure Handling:

    Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your ability to stay calm and composed under pressure while delivering high-quality results.


    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT roles, showcasing proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    Technical Skills:
    O365, Google Suite, Hyper-V, SharePoint, networking, laptop builds, supporting hardware and software, bespoke applications

    Onsite Commitment:
    Dedication to working onsite in Beckton, five days a week, ensuring a strong and collaborative team environment.

    Adaptability :
    Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.

    Team Player:
    Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, contributing to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
