    Description

    Overview:

    We are looking for a self-motivated Food and Beverage Operative for ongoing work with our client in their on-site brand new food truck based at their construction site in CB22 to provide a breakfast and lunch vending offer to their on-site team of construction workers. If you are an experienced chef/Line/Grill Chef who is hard working, flexible with a friendly and warm personality then we want to hear from you. This is a 6 day operation and would involve a 5/6 working pattern to include some Saturdays. Due to the location of this site, you will need to be a driver/cyclist who is able to get to this location.

    Role Specifics:

    ·Responsible for preparing, cooking and serving breakfast and lunch to order from a menu of cooked breakfast items, burgers, omelettes, sandwiches and wraps

    ·Respond to customer food and drink orders quickly and effectively providing excellent customer service at all times

    ·Wash up, clean and maintain the Food Truck area to ensure hygiene is kept to a high-standard

    ·General all-round support e.g. till operation and handling payments

    Competencies:

    ·Able to prepare and cook all food and drink orders efficiently and to a high standard

    ·Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming manner

    ·Proactive with a can-do attitude and hands on approach

    ·Knowledge of food hygiene and allergens and willing to complete free training

    ·Reliable and trustworthy

    ·Excellent team worker who is flexible

    ·Strong English language skills
