41,000 per annum plus bonus schemeManorcourt Homecare, a Top 20 rated care provider, are recruiting for a Registered Manager for our domiciliary care branch in Harlow which is rated Good by CQC.
The Harlow office is centrally located and provides domiciliary care to a number of local people across Harlow, Loughton, Waltham Abbey and the surrounding areas.
The branch delivers around 1000 hours of high standard care each week and is rated 9.2 on homecare.Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Overseeing all aspects of the branch from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for both staff and clients.
