    Allica is building out its growth function, based around talented, empowered and autonomous individuals who will be responsible for product-based customer acquisition using a combination of channels to meet objectives set across the business.

    You will get an opportunity to work with different teams across the business including marketing, product squads, distribution, engineers and operations to deliver on Allica's mission of becoming the UK's most recommended business bank.

    a New Business Executive within the Growth Squad at Allica, you play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, building relationships, and addressing customer needs across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn.

    Your primary focus is to leverage these channels to drive customer acquisition by identifying trends, engaging with customers and driving customer satisfaction.

As a new business executive – social channels, you will interact with the customer and represent Allica, and ensure that you sound like Allica.     Origination:
    Responsible for generating qualified leads for our Business Current Account by engaging with potential prospects on social channels and identifying the social behaviours and trends of SMEs

    Business acumen:

    Understand prospects' pain points, stay updated on their business problems, successes, and milestones to identify how our banking products can address their needs, and identify innovative opportunities to support lead generation.

    Engage meaningfully with our target audience to build our brand identity and attract new customers by commenting on posts, building a wider LinkedIn network etc.


    Trend Monitoring:
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform the social media engagement strategy.
    Adept at building and maintaining online communities


    Communication Skills:
    Strong communication skills, ensuring that social media posts align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience


    Data-Driven:
    Comfortable working with data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights. Use data to track KPIs and improve performance.

    Marketing Tools:
    Familiarity with various social media management tools and analytics platforms.
