    Description

    The Commercial Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our site operations. Administration support for the generation of proposals, facilitating project setup and purchase order creation in our ERP system (SAP). This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial.

    The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have impeccable attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and good internal relationship management to enable them to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. This person will be responsible for master data entry within the ERP system. Experience with an EPR system is essential.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for project setup/purchase orders.
    • Utilize ERP system to accurately set up new projects, ensuring all relevant details are accurately entered.
    • Provision of project setup and purchase order documentation in a timely manner.
    • Create purchase orders in the SAP system based on approved project requirements and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements related to project setup and procurement processes.
    • Provide administration support as and when required.

    Required

    • 1+years of experience in commercial coordination or ERP administration. SAP ERP system is advantageous.
    • Strong Microsoft package experience, with Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
    • Excellent organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from ERP data and reports.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
    • Knowledge of supply chain processes and commercial operations is advantageous.
