    CUSTOMER PLANNING LEAD REMOTE/BIRMINGHAM
    £Our global client is looking for an experienced Customer Planning Lead with experience in data and forecasting. This role will work as the integration point between Customers and the Company, ensuring that there is a mutual understanding across the sales and forecasting data. The business offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development. Additionally, it allows 25-days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension contributions, Healthcare and wellbeing package and much more.

    As a Customer Planning Lead, you will be,

    Lead regular online meetings with customers to resolve issues and provide ongoing support around ordering
    Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results
    Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans and forecasts with inventory buyers.
    Part of the team to implement, and then maintain, Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.

    To be considered for the Customer Planning Lead, role, you must have,

    Literacy (Advanced level) plus good Excel skills e.g. pivot tables/ Vloopkups etc
    leading communications with customers, including remotely
    handling and converting large volumes of data into KPIs with narrative, translating data to negotiate
