Artemis Human Capital is proud to be partnering with this Leading NI business to hire a talented Credit Control Professional to join their dynamic finance function based in BelfastThe role:
The Credit Controller will work as part of the existing Credit Team.
They will be responsible for taking on new Credit Accounts, managing their own debtors ledger and customer spend versus Credit Limit .
This is a key role in the company analysing risk, minimising debt and assisting the cash flow.Contact debtors/ customers for outstanding payment and arrange payment plans as necessary Process / run Direct Debits on a daily basis Ensure all credit control procedures are adhered to at all times Analysis of customers financial statements reports to set and review Credit Limits Preparation of weekly / monthly reports Aiming to meet set KPIs (individual & Team) Project work with Head of Credit Maximising volume opportunities in line with business goals and targets Statement preparation Liaising with customers to conclude all queries; Involved in Credit checking new customers and opening new credit accounts; Ensure credit and cashflow is at the forefront to minimise debt, improve cashflow and avoid company losses; Completing monthly reporting as required; Work closely with our credit insurers to ensure that appropriate cover is in place Daily check bank accounts for payments and returned direct debits Maintaining a good working relationship with the sales & account management teams Carry out Customer Account Reconciliations For a full job description or to apply for this Credit Control job, share your cv with our Associate Director, Nicola McCallum who will follow up with next steps.
