- Previous experience managing a team of SDRs or sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus, as is a passion for web accessibility and digital inclusion.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Manager to lead and develop our SDR team.

We partner with organizations worldwide to create inclusive online experiences.As the SDR Team Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy.
To excel in this role you will need excellent time-management and organizational skills to balance the dual responsibilities of being an effective player/manager.
This means leading by example, ensuring strong individual performance and targets are achieved.Working closely with the Sales Manager to:
Hit weekly, monthly and quarterly new business KPIs for discovery calls booked which lead to Sales opportunities being created
