    We're currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate leads, engage with prospects, and support our sales and business development functions.

    This is an entry-level position ideal for those starting their career in sales and.
    As a Sales Development Representative in our Manchester-based team, your role will involve:
    Contacting potential clients (including C-suite/Directors) follow-up calls, emails, and social outreach to assess needs and build relationships.
    Nurturing relationships and advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
    Providing information about IRIS Software Group's products and services.
    Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (PIs).
    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing roles
    Comfortable with technology and proficient in using sales and CRM software tools.
    Regular incentives for top-performing candidates, including a trip to Las Vegas and electric car.
    Double/triple commission incentives.

    Regular gifts for team members throughout the year, such as tickets to sporting events and sunglasses during the summer.
