If you are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the Rail and Bus sectors, we want to hear from you As the Head of Sales for the Rail and Bus industries, you will be responsible for leading a small team and managing sales activities related to our vehicle electronic systems.
Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Rail and Bus industries and expand market share.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management The Successful Applicant
The Head of Sales will have:
Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the Rail & Bus/transportation sector.
Experience managing a sales team and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Flexible on location but the ideal will be Northwest.
