    Description
    Project Manager (MRICS) - Client-side Development Manager role.
    We are working with a market leading investment, development and management business at the forefront of their industry.

    Specialising in distressed asset repositioning and place making they have over £2 billion of assets under management and due to further growth, they are looking for an MRICS qualified Project Manager who is looking to transition into a client-side Development Manager position to join their team.

    55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus

    The Project Manager will report into the Associate Director of Development and support the 360 delivery of strategic projects.

    They are looking for an individual with strong project management experience in tender and management of the external contractor and consultant teams through delivery but who has gained or is keen to gain further experience in the front-end development space input into appraisals, cash flow and planning process.

    The Project Manager will gain exposure to the 360-development lifecycle of large, distressed asset repurposing and re-development projects valued at circa £20+ million, re-imagining communities and placemaking to provide sustainable and inclusive future business centres.

    In addition, you will work closely with the Asset Management teams across the existing retail mixed-use portfolio projects up to c.

    £MRICS with a degree in Project Management.

    Circa 5 years' experience overseeing the delivery of residential and mixed-use assets between £5 million and £20+ million under JCT contracts.

    Exposure to front-end development appraisals, cashflows, budgeting and master planning and experience in public sector / local authority partnering agreements would be advantageous.

    Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
