    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as we look to accelerate our growth across our London, Birmingham, Leeds and St Albans offices.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a key element of our ambition to drive continued growth and be the market leader in Construction, Property and Engineering recruitment.

    Skilled Careers are looking for an exceptional individual with a combination of dynamism and emotional intelligence.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be coming onboard to take over our Talent Acquisition function due to a recent internal move.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work within our existing Business Improvement structure and will be liaising directly with stakeholders including Directors, Managers, Learning & Development and Operations.

    We are offering a competitive base salary alongside a market leading commission structure and benefits including 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 1 day WFH and private healthcare.
