    Description
    Working on a stand out Head of Finance (Commercial).

    The role will work closely with the CIO and Finance SLT and in addition, the role we be responsible for our CAPEX and investment committee transformation.

    Our client is a high growth transforming multi-billion turnover multinational business based in the Thames valley area.


    We are looking for commercially minded finance leaders who are passionate about adding value within a changing environment, succession planning with the FLT and creating future leaders of leaders from within the team.


    The role:
    end to end responsibility for the business partnering, budgeting and planning of the team to ensure activity is aligned with financial and strategic plans
    a team of 8 qualified finance business partners across a multibillion £ BU
    strong and trusted relationships with the Technology SLT's and providing financial support to all key decisions; designing the SLT finance support to ensure a balanced approach to business partnering
    on finding efficiencies and opportunities to do things differently or save against targets to allow for additional strategic investment
    a strong leader in the commercial finance leadership team and the Finance & Strategy wider leadership team, contributing to building the culture and ways of working for the BU
    the finance reporting and investment decisioning using tools
    closely with the CIO SLT and Finance to implement a rolling Investment Portfolio spend governance process.
    financial responsibility for targets and budget formation, managing risk and balancing investment with short terms financial needs.
    for talent development, creating a growth mindset culture and a high level of commitment and engagement within the team.


    Your profile:
    ACCA, CIMA, CA or equivalent qualification with significant PQE
    to influence senior stakeholders, SLT members and the wider finance leadership team
    to meet varying needs of a diverse range of changes
    to operate at both a strategic, (or conceptual level) AND a practical and detailed level.
