The team manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients, managing resources effectively, and promoting the professional development of team members.
This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days per week in our Manchester office.
Day to day supervision and management of fee earnersSupport the Operations Manager with KPI performance monitoring
Assisting in compiling forecast data for monthly billing targets
Completion of day-to-day supervision and automated tasks for the team driven from within the case management system
