    Description

    I'm in search of a seasoned digital communications expert to join a growing team in London. This position entails collaborating closely with account teams and other digital specialists to devise effective solutions for the intricate challenges faced by a range of clients.

    I would love to speak to people with political experience, e.g. working on an election or for a political party in a campaigning role or experience working on international governmental campaigns (this could be country branding, crisis for a foreign government etc). Your profile could also be of interest if you have digital reputation or campaigning experience in the Civil Service, such as Number 10 or the FCDO.

    The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, have exceptional client engagement skills, and be seen as a trusted advisor. They will already be a digital specialist with experience in digital communications, at Account Director or Associate Director level (if in an agency). They will be excited by the idea of overseeing reputations of premier corporations, political entities, and private individuals and families; influencing the global arena and agenda.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and implement innovative strategies to tackle client challenges.
    • Forge and uphold strong relationships with prominent clients.
    • Partner with various teams to execute strategies aligned with client goals.
    • Stay abreast of digital trends, leading the team in adopting novel tools.
    • Offer expert guidance on crisis communication and issues resolution.
    • Maintain receptiveness in client interactions, embracing diverse viewpoints.

    • Experience advising international stakeholders in strategic capacities.
    • Intuitive grasp of delivering solutions to complex problems.
    • Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and leveraging insights effectively.
    • Flexible approach to work, adjusting to varying client needs.
    • Knowledgeable of current affairs and sound understanding of global events and trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and individuals towards strategic objectives.
