    Description

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join Metric to support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions.

    Metric is a New York founded, high growth global recruitment business partnering with some of the worlds most cutting edge and innovative businesses to build world-class teams.

    This role will be based in our Nottingham office but will provide support across all of our offices including London, New York and Florida and will be responsible for various administrative tasks including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, implementation of HR practices, policies and procedures


    Hours per week:
    37 hours to be worked Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:30 and Friday 9:00-17:00.

    Reviewing CV's for graduate level roles and conducting searches on LinkedIn to find relevant candidates.
    Assisting with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
    Administering HR related documentation.
    Accurately maintaining the HR system to ensure all employee records are up to date.
    HR reporting including sickness and holidays.
    Assisting with employee benefit administration.
    Updating the employee handbook and policy documents.
    Providing ad-hoc admin support when required.

    Experience using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
