    Join us and be part of the largest mystery shopping agency in the world, helping clients improve their business performance across all channels.

    This role is all about client retention and delivering the "So What" - ultimately helping our clients succeed.

    You will be part of a highly skilled Account Management team whose primary responsibility is ensuring retention and client satisfaction across our Mystery Shopping clients.

    You will follow best practices across the Account Management team and identify where efficiencies and improvements in processes can be made.

    You have responsibility for gauging your client's needs and working with the Account Management Director to ensure they are resourced correctly.

    You will be responsible for managing several medium to large accounts within the portfolio and be responsible for its profitability, retention and client satisfaction.

    You may be called upon to mentor or guide more junior members of the team to support their development, or the needs of their clients.

    Support our Operations team in the ongoing improvement and efficiency of our specialised transport mystery shopper panel - designing and supporting in the delivery of shopper training and using data insights to identify individual and panel wide training needs.

    In addition, you will take an active stance in your personal development to ensure that you are continually improving your skill set.

    Along with the Client Success Director and Associate Directors, you will have responsibility for ensuring QBR standards are being met and creating 'aha' moments for clients beyond simple data provision.

    You will hold regular financial health checks on your programmes and ensure programme health at all times.
    You will model our Ipsos behaviours and inspire those around you to excel for our clients.
    Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
    Experience in Market Research or Mystery Shopping to at least Research Manager level
    Experience in running medium to large-scale research programmes
    Experience of managing project finances and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
    Experience in the design and implementation of processes, including evaluating them to identify ongoing improvements
    Project management skills - managing multiple project cycles, coordinating multiple teams and working to deadlines
    Strong organisational skills - ability to work across multiple projects at the same time, demonstrating proactivity and flexibility
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
