    This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Support Manager at OptimOil Ltd, located in Ashton Hayes.

    As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and technical assistance.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an internal client support executive.

    As a Client support executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

    The role will include a lot of communication by phone and email with customers, and some cold calling as needed.

    Along with general sales administration, you will be the main point of contact in the office for the external sales team.

    Order processing – raising invoices/packing slips and using the pallet/parcel booking system.

    • Warehouse support – supporting the warehouse ensuring they have the correct documentation needed to correctly pick/wrap pallets.
    • Internal account management – be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service is upheld.
    • Work with the BDM team as a point of contact in the office, sending emails and pricing on their behalf as requested.
    • Setting tasks in the CRM system for the BDM team, and following up own tasks as appropriate.
