    You will support our national network of Dulux Decorator Centres to deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating internal sales activities as well as help develop sales through our Priority Order Line (POL) service.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to forge close working relationships.
    • Coordinate processing of orders & shipping.
    • Expand customer orders where possible & encourage use of our POL service.
    • Update & maintain accurate customer records.
    • Ensure that all orders/queries are resolved within agreed timescales to customer satisfaction.
    • Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs.
    • Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in a customer facing or sales role.
    • Educated to A level standard.
    • Proficient user of MS Office & business systems.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
