£80,000 – £100,000 DOE I am currently looking for a People focused HR Director for a growing hospitality brand based in London. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, offering strategic insights into talent acquisition, development, and retention to support the continued growth of the business.
A strong background in hospitality is a must for this role Key Responsibilities:
Providing advice and guidance to all departments across the Human Resources remit, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations and reward and recognition.
Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns seamlessly with business growth plans.Collaborate with the leadership team to plan, lead, and execute people-related projects across the organization.
Establish the brand as an employer of choice, utilizing innovative methods to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Foster a high-performance and development culture, overseeing quality performance conversations and promoting excellence.
Drive effective succession planning and cultivate a well-resourced talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
Champion employee engagement by evaluating, identifying, and addressing engagement trends, and measure the successful implementation of initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on various people matters to business leaders and line management.
Provide effective leadership throughout the department, developing a strong team culture and ethos which supports high levels of service delivery, effective communication, and knowledge sharing.
