Panoramic Associates has exclusively partnered with a Multi-Academy Trust based in Southern England to recruit for their next Director of Human Resources.
Our client, an ambitious group of primary and secondary schools based across the South of England is looking for their next Director of Human Resources and Compliance to be a core member of their team. As the Director of HR and Compliance, you will work closely with the CFO, Managing Director and Education Leaders across all of the schools.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
This is a 36 hour per week position, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks of the year. The annual leave entitlement is 25 days per year, increasing to 30 after 5 years in service. You will be based on site in their head office based in West London.
This leading Multi-Academy Trust, committed to providing opportunities to all students, is offering a competitive starting salary of up to £90,000. They have the Local Government Scheme as well as a car salary sacrifice scheme.
