    Description
    Managing daily business operations to ensure maximum efficiency
    Supervising staff and organising workflows
    Implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures
    Liaising with external stakeholders and managing client relationships
    Overseeing the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures
    Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and in-house policies
    Enhancing the organisation's image by collaborating with customers, government, community organisations, and employees
    Analysing problematic situations and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growthProfile

    A successful General Manager should have:
    A degree in Business Management or a relevant field
    Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry
    Excellent organisational and leadership skills
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    Proficiency in strategic planning and business development
    In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
